Exercise for Parkinson's
The class is 60 minutes and includes a variety of activities including: Warm up stretching, cardio, strength, flexibility, balance, facial, and voice exercises. We also challenge participants with riddles, tongue twister and singing. All is low impact in a fun and safe environment.
Diabetes Prevention Program
The Diabetes Prevention Program promotes a lifestyle change that can help you make lasting improvements to reduce your risk of Type 2 Diabetes. This program is part of the National Diabetes Prevention Program, led by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Some health insurance companies will provide reimbursement for this program if the following criteria are met:
- Participant is over the age of 65
- Participant has a BMI greater than or equal to 25kg/m2, fasting glucose of 100-125, plasma glucose of 140-199, and A1C 2.7-6.4.

SAIL (Stay Active & Independent for Life)
Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is an evidence-based, strength, balance and fitness program for adults 60+. Improving balance and mobility can reduce the risk of falls and improve your quality of life. Each class can be tailored to fit your individual needs – you can even participate sitting down!)
Cancer Bridge
The Living Life Post Cancer Treatment program is a free program for adults who have completed treatment for any cancer diagnosis within the last two years. This nine week program covers the benefits of exercise, nutrition, emotional support and medical management, and will help you bridge the gap between cancer treatment and life after cancer.
