Event Details
- Drop-In Classes (Register in the App - with optional Donation at the Door for our Annual Support Campaign)
- FTP Testing with Deb G. (8:00-8:30AM): FTP (Functional Threshold Power) is the highest average power (in watts) you can sustain for about one hour. It’s your personal measure of cycling fitness and endurance. On Keiser bikes, your FTP helps the bike calculate your color-coded power zones — giving you real-time feedback on your effort level.
- Mobility with Kelly R. (8:45-9:30AM): Improve your range of motion, and ease tension with this gentle, feel-good class focused on mobility, flexibility, and joint health. Perfect for all fitness levels, this session will help you move more freely, reduce stiffness, and leave you feeling relaxed, balanced, and rejuvenated.
