Make sure to bring your insurance card and your Giant Eagle Loyalty Card (optional) - Giant Eagle is offering a $5 reward to use on gas or groceries when participants present their Giant Eagle Loyalty Card before getting their vaccine. Giant Eagle Loyalty Cards (Advantage Cards) must be presented to scan at the clinic for the incentive.
