
The American Red Cross Babysitter's Training program is designed to prepare youth ages 11-16 to safely and confidently care for children and infants. It includes hands-on activities, videos, and discussions to develop essential, real-life readiness babysitting skills. The course covers feeding, diapering, picking up and holding children, safety, and emergency response. This specific course covers Pediatric and Infant First Aid/CPR/AED.
Participants will need to bring a packed lunch, water, and snacks.
Participants will receive the following:
ARC Babysitter's Training Certification. Valid for 10 years
ARC Pediatric First Aid/AED/CPR Certification. Valid for 2 years.
Class will be held Mon., Sept. 8 and Sept. 10, 2025, 4PM-8PM; must attend both classes to receive certifications.
