Counselor in Leadership Training (CILT) is a volunteer position for youth aged 13-15 and costs $50 per week to participate. This program is designed to provide youth with work opportunities and training to become a Camp Counselor when they are of age!

 

CILT Application Process:

  1. Potential CILTs must submit an application (below).
  2. Once received, Y staff will contact the youth to set up an interview.
  3. Once the youth is offered and accepts the volunteer position, Y staff will coordinate with the youth's adult to register the youth for the CILT program (weeks and billing).

PLEASE NOTE:

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the CILT program. Applicants must go through an interview process. All accepted CILT participants will be required to pay $50 a week to participate in the program in order to cover resources and activities offered during camp.
